Refund and Returns Policy
At Happy Paws Online, we strive to ensure complete satisfaction with your purchase. If you are not entirely satisfied with your order, we are here to help with a clear and fair refund and returns policy.
Our policy lasts 30 days from delivery. However, we are committed to resolving any issues beyond this period. Please notify us as soon as possible if you encounter any problems with your purchase. We will do our utmost to find a solution for all our customers.
Returns
Eligibility: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.
Return Process
1. Initiate a Return:
Contact our customer service team at support@happypawsonline.com, within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
2. Return Authorisation:
Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send back your item(s).
3. Shipping:
You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

- Gift cards
- Downloadable software products
- Some health and personal care items
Refunds
We supply a 30 day warranty on all items in our store. This warranty covers all faults that are not incurred by the customer. Please contact us detailing the issue, along with a picture (this just speeds up the process)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 1-3 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [customer service email].
Exchanges
We replace items if they are defective or damaged. Or if you need to exchange an item for the same item (i.e. if you need a different size). Please contact us via email with your request and follow the return process outlined above.
Upon receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you via email. The new item(s) will be dispatched to the address provided within 1-3 business days.
Sale Items
Both regular-priced and sale items are eligible for refunds.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
